Stephanie Naru is an E-RYT Yoga Instructor & Mindfulness Meditation Leader based in NYC.
Motivated by her teachers, peers, environment and travels Stephanie aims to bring a unique blend of empowerment, inspiration and serenity to each of her yoga and mindfulness meditation classes. Since 2015 she has been a leader of corporate groups, public classes, and private students in New York City. Stephanie trained at Sonic Yoga NYC attaining her Yoga Alliance accredited certification.
Stephanie teaches Vinyasa Yoga in a way that encourages her students to experience an invigorating physical practice with attention to careful alignment as well as freedom and emotional release. In her classes you can expect a creative joyful flow incorporating inspirational music, pranayama breathing techniques, readings, & motivational mantras. She is committed to help students come home to themselves, explore their creativity, get back to nature, nourish their bodies, build confidence and have fun!
