Whether you are a beginner to yoga or a long-time practitioner, investing in private lessons will create the time and space for you to experience the full benefits of a personalized yoga practice in the privacy of your own space. We will start where you are and dive in to the area of practice you would like to focus on.

  • ​Private instruction is available in your apartment, home gym or office gym (space permitting) anywhere in Manhattan, Astoria, LIC, & Brooklyn.  Privates can also be held at a local yoga studio, with an additional room rental fee.  

  • Sessions are typically 1 hour, but depending on the client's needs can be adjusted to more or less time.

  • ​Before to your first session, a complimentary phone consultation will help you and Stephanie determine your goals for your time together.  

  • Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. No refunds.

  • The strictest confidentiality is always observed.
